By ordering goods from this website you are entering into a contract with Flowers & Thorn and are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update/change these terms & conditions, please check before ordering.
Making a Purchase:
The online store gives all the product information necessary for you to make an informed selection of items you wish to purchase. Once you have finished your purchase we will send you an email confirming exactly what you have ordered.
We reserve the right not to proceed with any order for any reason, if we do not accept your order we will inform you that we are not proceeding with the order.
As a customer:
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts.
You must let us have true and accurate information about yourself.
You must be resident in the UK and be accessing our site from the UK.
We use WorldPay to take online payments in £(pounds sterling). We accept Visa, Mastercard & Amex. WorldPay will carry out a payment verification process. You will receive an email from them confirming what you have paid.
Customers outside the UK:
We do not at present accept orders from outside the UK, feel free to contact us if you are outside the UK and are interested in our products.
All chocolate is made to order so that it will be fresh for you to enjoy, so together with 1st class Royal Mail delivery please allow up to 5 working days for you to receive your order. The packaging and posting cost is £3.50 and is charged extra to the product.
Please check the address and postcode you have entered before placing order. Incomplete information may cause a delay for which we are not liable for.
We do not accept responsibility for any delay in delivery caused by the delivery service.
Your rights to return goods are protected under EU Distance Selling Directive.
If you cancel your order before its dispatch we will confirm its cancellation and refund you the cost and postage within a maximum of 30 days. If you wish to cancel after goods have been dispatched or after receiving your order, we will refund you if you inform us via email@example.com and return the goods in perfect condition unopened in the original packaging.
We make our products to the highest standards and take great care in their packaging and dispatch. We hope that you enjoy them but if you are less than happy in any way, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will endeavour to rectify the matter. If we ask you to return the goods for refund or replacement, please retain evidence of posting goods back to us and send us a copy.
We cannot be liable for any indirect or consequential loss that may arise out of any problem you notify us of. Our liability will extend only to the amount paid by you for the goods concerned.
Refunds can only be credited back to the original source of payment.
Potential allergens are highlighted in the list of ingredients for each product, as our suppliers cannot give guarantees to us, we cannot guarantee that products are completely free from allergens and so we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction to traces of allergens in the product.
